What in my experience is always a very stressful process, Emilio made it very smooth and actually fun! Buying my new home was such a pleasant experience. He was kind, thorough, and patient. From taking me to see many units to accompanying me to the closing, he was always a joy to be with. His is very professional, knowledgeable, has amazing communication skills, always responsive, with a sense of urgency (very rare to find). I highly recommend Emilio for your real estate needs.

Emilio is the best realtor anyone can ask for. He will get you responses to your questions in a timely manner always informative on everything. It's like if he is buying the house with you instead of just pushing you through the process.

Emilio was amazing from the beginning to end of the entire process. His knowledge on the area where we looked was able to save us lots of precious time in the process. He was able to get an amazing deal for us lowering the asking price by over $170k on top of that was able to get 3% concession fee from the seller to the buyer at closing. This transaction and offer was fast. Emilio also works with great Lender’s and closing agents that made the entire process seamless. I was so blessed to have been able to work with him.

He listened, and provided lots of options, and was always ready to meet with me at properties, and go thru the process. He also worked with me and financiers to connect the dots, and make deadlines, and Just did whatever was necessary, to be helpful. After the sale, he also made himself available, should I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend Emilio highly, to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.
